  • How do I participate in Surveys?
    After Registration, members are provided with the list of Surveys available. Upon completion of initial screening, Members will be redirected to the client's site and participate in surveys .Also when a client contacts us with a survey, we then send invitations out to members who we believe MAY qualify for that study. The e-mail will contain a link to the survey and a login code. The first part of the survey traditionally contains several screening questions. If you pass the screening process, as determined by the client, you will then continue on with the survey and be paid.
  • How long do surveys take to complete?
    Approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • How do I get Paid?
    Once you have reached $50. In Approved status, the "Get Paid" button will be activated in the "Account Status" tab. Once you click on the get paid button, you will get a pop up on your screen with our verification department phone number asking you to call us to verify your payment request. This helps us to keep fraud related activity in check. Once it has been verified, your payment request will be submitted, and all payments are made directly to your PayPal account on the 1st or 15th of every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment if phone verified.(except weekends or holidays)
  • How are payments made?

  • How much will I be paid?
    All payments are made in multiples of $50 USD. For example, if your balance is $52.70, you will receive a payment of $50 USD. If your balance is $102.70, you will receive a payment of $100 USD. In both examples, the remaining $2.70 will remain in your account and count towards a future payment.
  • When do I get paid?
    All payments are made directly to your Paypal account on the 1st and 15th every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment(except weekends and holidays).We also do a random phone verification from our support department, this helps us to keep Fraud related activity in check.
  • How long it take for offers to get approved?
    When you successfully complete the surveys and get approved for reward, you will be eligible for payment. It will take minimum of two working days and up to a maximum of 1 week to get your offers approved from the advertiser.
  • Is participation limited to U.S. residents?
    Currently, only US citizens are allowed to register.
  • Why do you ask personal information when I register?
    We ask demographic questions such as age, gender, marital status to ensure we have a diverse, representative membership database. We only use this information to group our respondents for inclusion in appropriate surveys.
  • How do I unsubscribe?
    If you wish to unsubscribe, please go to Unsubscribe, which will remove your data from our database.
  • How long are your surveys usually posted?
    Our surveys are generally posted for two weeks, but the life span of a survey varies. We have some that are posted for a few days and some that are posted for 24 hours. If there is a tremendous response to a particular survey, it may be closed in a day. Once we have collected the data needed by the client, we are required to close the survey. We will always tell you the time requirements when we invite you to participate in a survey.
  • What is the difference between Approved and Viewed amounts in my account?
    An approved status means that you have completed all the requirements of a survey. The requirements of each survey can be found on the survey details page. A viewed status means that you have not completed all the requirements of the survey so you are not yet eligible for payment on that survey.
  • Do members get paid for referring PandaResearch to friends?
    YES! Refer your friend to Panda Research and earn10% of their offer earnings for the life of their account. For example, you refer Bob to PandaResearch, Bob becomes a member and completes $30 in offers and $20 in Panda Mails. Once he request payment for $50 from Panda Research, $3 is immediately credited into your account.
  • Is there any Eligibility criteria?

    To register and be eligible for our offers, the following is required:

    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • You must be a resident of United States.
    • The account information that you provide us must be accurate and complete. You must register using your valid email address only.
    • Absolutely no proxy servers. These aren't allowed at all and will be traced so don't put you in rejection stage. Follow the ethics and enjoy winning at our portals.
    • Turn off your website accelerators.

  • How many accounts can I have?
    You can have only ONE account per household.
  • Which browser should I use?
